David has been pastor at Central since July, 2001.
His education includes:
David was ordained in the Memphis Conference of The United Methodist Church,( Elders Orders) in 1979.
He is the father of two sons and a daughter and resides with his wife, Deborah, at Central's parsonage in Staunton.
David's hobbites include camping, fly fishing, running, reading, basketball (University of Kentucky) and baseball (Atlanta Braves).
He has held pastorates in Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida. He served as a Navy Chaplain and has 21 years of military service.
